Advanced statistical methods for complex technical problems
This Black Belt program develops advanced Lean Six Sigma and JMP skills for leading complex engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and product improvement projects. Participants apply advanced statistical analysis, reliability methods, product development tools, process control, and structured project execution to define, analyze, improve, and control high-impact problems, supported by hands-on JMP exercises, practical templates, and end-to-end Black Belt case studies.
Black Belt Certification Pathway: Includes at least 95 student contact hours, including 15 hours of required instructor-led Applied BOK instruction, plus assessment and project review.
